- Inspected vehicle for any problems or concerns.Performed a complete vehicle scan and found stored fault codes 0750, 2096, 0060, 0746,and 2092. The corresponding generic faults indicate rich mixture conditions on both banks and a camshaft timing-related fault. All codes were cleared and the vehicle was road tested with live data monitoring. At this time, no codes have returned and engine operation currently appears normal. During visual inspection under the hood, found the engine air filter housing not properly seated due to a missing retaining clip. This could allow unmetered or mis-measured air and may have contributed to the stored faults. No parts replacement is recommended at this time. Recommend properly securing and repairing the air filter housing by replacing the missing retaining clip, then continue to monitor. If the check engine light returns, further diagnosis will be required.
